Shipping
We generally ship on the same day (if the order is received by 1PM EST), but normally by the the next business day. We ship mainly using UPS and USPS, depending on the weight and shipping address, and larger weight orders that are too big for couriers will be shipped by freight on a pallet. For international orders, other shipping options maybe be available.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of receipt your package Please note you must notify us within 3 days of items delivered damaged due to shipments. Failing to do so, will result in return request denied. The refund will be calculated as the original purchase price (less shipping) less a restocking fee of 25% for new items that are not defective, otherwise 15% on all other items. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless approved by us.
Steps to return items:

2. You should hear from us within 1-3 business days with a response and instructions.
3. When returning the items please ship with a tracking service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items you return without tracking. Please do not forget to include in the box your order number and your information, so we can locate your order.
